Leader of Leaders Cohort Gathers Near Orlando

The Gordon-Conwell Leaders of Leaders cohort met just prior to the start of the 99th International Assembly in July at Camp Sonshine in Florida. This amazingly diverse group of 43 students from around the globe participated in the course, Intro to Preaching, which was taught by Dr. Alvin Padilla with assistance from CBL Instructor Mark Menke and Bishop Wallace Pratt, overseer of Idaho, Oregon, and Utah for the Church of God of Prophecy. Dr. Hector Ortiz coordinated the logistics of the meeting and and assisted with the transporting of students. Enrollment for the course included 14 students from Africa, 10 from Asia, 9 from the United Kingdom, 6 from the Caribbean, and 4 from North America. Many of the students commented that they were blessed by the practical instruction combined with the sweet fellowship of brothers and sisters in Christ.
