Allen Alube was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo on February 21, 1957 in a Christian family in which my Dad served as a Senior Pastor and my Mom as a household manager. He received Christ at the age of 10 shortly after my father’s assassination, graduated from High in 1977, and attended Teacher Training college (National Pedagogical Institute) in Kinshasa where he graduated in 1983. Between 1983 and 1992, Allen taught English as a second language and Introduction to Philosophy in the DRC and in Cameroon. While teaching, he was involved in the choir and youth ministry within his local church.
In 1992, He enrolled in the School of the Bible at Tennessee Temple University where he graduated with a certificate. In 1997, he graduated from Temple Baptist Seminary with a Master degree in Religious Education and attended Chattanooga State Technical Community College for about 2 years where he studied Information Systems. He then enrolled at Pensacola Christian College where he graduated with an Ed.S. in education administration. Then in 2012, he graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Master degree in Secondary education. Currently, he is pursuing his Ed.D. in leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Between 1995 and 2000, he worked as machine operator at Southern Champion Tray in Chattanooga, TN
Between 1997 and 1999, he served as the Assistant Director to Multicultural Services at CSTCC/Chattanooga, TN
Between 2000 and 2004, he taught Computer Literacy as an adjunct faculty at CSTCC/Chattanooga, TN
In 2007, he taught English and the book of Proverbs at Miami Christian High School/Miami, FL
Between 2008 and 2014, he taught French at Bradley Central High School in Cleveland, TN.
Currently, he serves as a translator/WLD at the International Offices of the Church of God of Prophecy.
Allen is the Faith Funds officer with the local camp of the Gideon’s International Ministry.
He is married to his wife Yvette and they have 3 children, David, Matondo, and Bianka.
