Jesus Santos Yañez, Jr, also known as “Jesse,”has been married to the love of my life, Isabel, for 44 years. They have 2 daughters and  5 grandchildren. A minister with the Church of God of Prophecy since 1975, Jesse has pastored four churches (1 English and 3 bi-lingual churches). He has been a bi-vocational pastor and served as an instructor for Universal Technical Institute, an automobile technical school, after having an auto-collision repair facility for 30 years. There he taught frame, collision and refinish repair on multiple automobiles. Jesse is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Jesse was asked to serve as presiding bishop of the Midwest/Rocky Mountain Region in 2008 and has been involved in teaching in the School of Practical and Advanced Studies in several states and countries, in both English and Spanish. Jesse earned an associates and bachelor’s degree from Calvary Theological Seminary in Houston, an M.A. in Religious Education from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and is presently finalizing his thesis for a Doctor of Ministry degree in Global Pentecostalism.
