Rick Creasy


Rick retired from Pfizer Pharmaceuticals after a successful career in sales, marketing, and sales training. In 2004, Rick obtained a masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University in Malvern PA. Prior to relocating to Tennessee in 2011, Rick served part-time as a therapist with The Peacemaker Center in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. He also served as a counselor on the pastoral staff at Providence Church, West Chester, Pennsylvania. In 2012, Rick authored a book entitled, Staying Married; A Politically Incorrect Guide, in which he shares his personal experiences in marriage and as a marriage counselor.

Now Rick and his wife Kathy live in Cleveland, Tennessee where Rick served as Executive Director of Workforce Development for a local community college. He currently teaches General Psychology at Cleveland State Community College.  He also continues to provide private counseling to pastors and couples as well as Life Group Pastor for a local church. Rick mentors pastors and others who are seeking to grow and move forward with their lives and career. Both Kathy and Rick conduct workshops and speak at marriage retreats.

Kathy currently serves as Director of Children’s Ministries for the international offices of The Church of God Of Prophecy. She travels extensively both in the US as well as outside the US conducting leadership and ministry training sessions.

Rick and Kathy have been married since 1978. They have two sons, Lee and Clint. Lee and his wife Sarah have two daughters, Elodie and Amelia. Clint, their younger son, is married to Charis and have recently become proud parents of Callum Decker Creasy.
